Jackson Lieu

Founder & Head Coach

Hometown: Garden Grove, CA

 

Bio: 10 years+ of sales experience, started off in retail sales, and worked his way up the ranks on consistently being a top-performing rep in stores.

 

Broke into Tech/SaaS as a 29-year-old SDR/BDR and was labeled "old SDR". After experiencing working for two companies and getting let go back to back due to their failed Sales Development (ALL SDR/BDR's PERISHED) program, Jax was left wondering why.

 

It wasn't until he was brought onto Tenbound (A Research and Advisory Firm 100% focused on Sales Development) as a Research Analyst Sales Account Executive when things started to shift for him and ultimately achieving Sales Development Mastery through the Principals, Laws, and Characteristics

 

Growing up as a poor Asian American and never really having much, pure grit, hustle, and growth lead him to where he's at today.

 

Jackson is also the host of the 1UP Sales Development Podcast, a podcast made by SDR's for SDR's and the community leader of SalesDevUnite "SDU" (www.salesdevunite.com) a Micro-Managed INVITE-ONLY Community of Sales Development Masterminds and Intelligence with over 70+ confirmed members ranging from the United States, UK, Egypt, India, Africa, and even Ukraine.

Ryan Zadrazil

Co-Founder & Secondary Coach

Hometown: Appleton, WI

 

Bio: 10 years+ of sales experience, also started off in retail and winery sales. Door to door was nothing out of the norm, Ryan is obsessed with personal development and is also a huge mental health awareness advocate.

 

Ryan was once diagnosed and labeled with bipolar disorder, that was until he took charge of his own life and turned everything back all around.

 

Ryan also joined the Tech/SaaS world breaking into tech at the age of 28 and was also labeled "old-SDR".

 

Ryan sees and believes there's a big gap when it comes to those trying to make a horizontal jump into technology sales.

Chris Ortolano

Strategic & Growth Advisor

Hometown: Portland, OR

 

Bio: Chris Ortolano is the Founder and CEO of Outbound Edge (www.outboundedge.com), a B2B Software Sales Consulting Agency.

 

Chris carries over 10+ years of Software Sales under his belt and is also a community leader focused on solving complex problems at Sales Stack. (www.salesstack.io)

 

This includes collaborative sales playbooks focused on mitigating risk to increase buyer/seller alignment.

 

Chris has also designed and delivered enablement systems for Cience, learning systems at DiscoverOrg, and call coaching at Execvision.

 

Chris has developed his collaborative approach working with state, regional, and local leaders to solve complex land use and transportation issues.

 

This experience has shaped his approach to complex, high stakes problem solving working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously to get deals done, and two small exits.
